Notwithstanding the above, if any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions.

We may immediately terminate this contract with respect to You (including Your access to the Aas Vidyalaya Services) if You fail to comply with any provision of these terms.

At anytime during the subsistence of the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, a Parent may revoke their consent by discontinuing the access or use of Aas Vidyalaya Services.

You undertake and warrant that You will periodically review the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy and that Your consent to the same shall be construed by the continuous access or use of the services from Your account.

2. The Aas Vidyalaya Services Aas Vidyalaya is inter alia engaged in the business of rendering educational services (“Aas Vidyalaya Services”).

The Aas Vidyalaya Services are for Your personal, non commercial use and are intended for purchasing, informational and other similar purposes only. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR SAVINGS OR OTHER ECONOMIC LOSS, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO DATA OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OR GOODWILL AND OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, NOR SHALL WE BE HELD LIABLE FOR DELAY OR FAILURE IN PERFORMANCE RESULTING FROM CAUSES BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.

Entries

Your competition entry is User Generated Content and subject to all provisions of these terms that govern Your submission and our use of Your User Generated Content. If You are under the age of eighteen (18) (or the age of majority under applicable law) and the competition is open to You, we may need Your Parent’s permission before we can accept Your entry. We reserve the right to request proof of identity or to verify eligibility conditions and potential winning entries, and to award any prize to a winner in person. Competitions are void where prohibited or restricted by law. Potential winners may be required to answer a mathematical test or a skill based questionnaire in order to be eligible to win a prize.

Prizes

No cash or alternative prizes are available, except that we (or the party providing a prize) reserve the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value. Force Majeure
Aas Vidyalaya’s performance of its obligations under this Contract will be suspended for so long as Aas Vidyalaya is prevented from doing so by an Event of Force Majeure. “Event of Force Majeure” shall mean such events or circumstances, which are beyond the control of Aas Vidyalaya and which events could not have been reasonably foreseen or anticipated by Aas Vidyalaya upon the exercise of due care and diligence, including but not limited to Aas Vidyalaya Services’ operations being materially impaired, hampered, interrupted, prevented, suspended, postponed or discontinued due to the acts of God, earthquake, floods, riots, lockouts, war, civil disturbance, fire, accidents, armed conflict etc. government order or regulation, judicial order or decree (including without limitation injunctive relief, whether imposed on an industry wide basis or affecting Aas Vidyalaya), failure of technical facilities or substantial impairment in obtaining facilities which makes the rendering of Aas Vidyalaya Services beyond Aas Vidyalaya’s control.
